Mr. Anderson is the founder and president of Tillit Consulting, LLC (Tillit). Mr. Anderson has over 22 year of experience in the health care industry. Mr. Anderson is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and is a member of the Society of Actuaries.

Mr. Anderson’s primary practice area is in group benefits, with emphasis on health care and managed care issues. Areas of specialty included large group and small group commercial products, stop loss pricing, managed care reinsurance, underwriting, Medicaid risk analysis, risk adjuster analysis, and large data set analysis. Additional experience includes other group benefit coverage such as group life, personal accident, and dental benefits.

Prior to founding Tillit, Mr. Anderson held principal positions with Cirdan Health Systems and Reden & Anders, Ltd. and consulting and underwriting positions with Deloitte & Touche and Prudential Insurance Company of America.

Mr. Anderson earned a bachelors degree in mathematics and economics from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.
